I had previously tried a brush cassette from Radio Shack that did not work. Cleaned the heads of my Panasonic GS250.
and 1/2 price of best buy etc. i hadn't cleaned the heads in my mini dvd c/corder in 2, maybe 3 years, and had blue horiz lines on my playback.one play with this head cleaner was all it needed.
Ran this tape for 10 seconds, works great. My camera was having problems with playing tapes, told me to clean heads many times and I tried another brand and that didn't work, almost sent it in for repair. Less dropouts then when I first bought the camera. It works really well. perfectly actually.
After 20 hours of recording It's a good thing to clean the heads, specially if you hear distortions in the sound and things like that. Excelent way to clean up your camcorder heads.
I placed the cleaner in,pushed play for 10 seconds and that corrected the problem. I had blue bars across the screen of my Panasonic PVGS150 camcorder.
